New listings must meet the minimum bid. Outbids must clear the configured increment. Self-raises use their own configured increment.

Simple rules keep the leaderboard predictable.
Priority
The database is authoritative. Equal bids do not automatically displace an earlier qualifying position.
Daily boards
Daily boards use UTC calendar dates. Closed boards remain read-only.
Safety
Unsafe destinations, abuse, fraud and prohibited listings may be suspended or removed according to moderation policy.
